- 2 large slices sourdough, toasted
- 100g fresh or good-quality canned white or 50-50 crab meat
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tsp chipotle paste (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp mayo
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 sliced radishes
Method
1. Mash the avocado with lime juice, zest, salt, and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix the crab meat gently with chipotle paste and mayo. Taste and adjust seasoning.
3. Spread the mashed avocado over the toasted sourdough.
4. Top with the chipotle crab mixture.
5. Garnish with chives and radish slices for crunch.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
