Succulent chicken thighs, marinated in our Baharat Spiced Tomato Paste, then grilled to perfection with a slight char. Sliced and served with warm flatbreads, crisp fresh salad, and creamy yogurt for a deliciously satisfying meal.Ingredients

- 1kg chicken thigh fillets
Marinade:
- 4 tbsp Bart Baharat Spiced Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
To serve
- Yoghurt
- 4 large flatbreads
- Sliced lettuce
- Sliced tomato
- Red onion, finely sliced
- Pickled chillies
- Hot sauce of choice, optional
Method
1. Add the marinade ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together well. Add the chicken to a large shallow bowl or freezer bag. Add the marinade and massage in well. Cover/seal and place in the fridge for 3-24 hours.
2. Preheat a grill oven to high. Line your grill pan with foil and brush the grill rack with oil. Place the chicken in a single layer on the grill rack and cook until charred, about 6-10 minutes each side, depending on your oven.
3. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
4. Slice the chicken and serve on a platter alongside the warmed flat breads and all your other accompaniments.
5. To make your wrap spread a flat bread with yoghurt, top with the chicken and your choice of toppings. Roll up and enjoy!
